Hibari’s not an extreme case, but not exactly in the middle either; he’s more of leaning towards the ‘behind the times’ side.

He gets by fine with using computers, surfing the web, sending emails and so on, and can work a Nintendo DS perfectly fine, but basic functions are all he’s capable of. He’s not exactly up to date. His phone, for example, is some ancient model that only performs basic functions— calling, and sending text messages. No iPhones or Androids for him. His computer is probably some old model too. And if he faces any technical difficulties, he won’t have a clue how to solve the problem.

Still, if he’d have to pick, he’d rather choose emails. They’re more convenient, and they send faster, and Hibari, who always prioritizes functionality before anything else, would obviously go with that rather than snail mail.
